Please be advised that the ASC will be performing maintenance on the ASC.gov website (including the National Registry) beginning at 7 PM EST on June 30, 2025.


Scheduled Start Time:  06/30/2025 @ 7:00 PM EST

Maintenance Window:  7 PM - 7 AM, Tuesday, July 1st .

At 7 PM, Monday the 30th, data found on the National Registry will be frozen.  
No updates will be made to appraiser records during this maintenance window.

The ASC.gov website access will be intermittent during this period.

Receive a referral to the appropriate State and Federal agencies for complaints about appraisal independence or compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
